Who we are
Shiva Horizon™ is a venture by Third High Experience LLP. For anything in this policy, write to contact@shivahorizon.com.
What we collect
- From the invitation form: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, the intention you choose and anything you type in its "Other" box.
- Sent with the form automatically: your browser's user-agent string and the country Cloudflare detects from your connection. We do not store your IP address.
- Only if you accept cookies: cookies and similar identifiers set by Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) and the Meta Pixel.
Why we use it
- To review your invitation request and contact you by email and WhatsApp about this retreat.
- If you accept cookies: to count visits and to measure our Google and Instagram ads, including whether a visit led to an invitation request.
We do not sell your information.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the code that receives the form (Cloudflare Workers), and provides security checks such as Turnstile.
- Supabase stores invitation requests.
- Resend sends our team an email for each new request.
- Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) and Meta (the Meta Pixel), only if you accept cookies.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when we message you or you message us.
These providers may process data outside your country.
